Our history

Scognamiglio was founded in 1930 as a carpentry workshop specialising in woodwork. The family tradition has been handed down from father to son, creating a line of carpenters spanning three generations, whose skills give life to handcrafted products of outstanding quality.

Over the years the company changed considerably as its expertise grew, and it specialised in the production of beach equipment. Scognamiglio quickly built up skills in the sector that made it a point of reference for beach businesses, so much so that it became its core business.

The constant search for new products to offer customers led to the opening of a new production division: indoor and outdoor furniture. In this way the company aims to build even stronger relationships with its customers, turning them into true business partners.

Over time, despite the technological and industrial progress of its plants, Scognamiglio has kept the handcrafted character of its products that makes it a milestone in its sector.
